| Successful marketing ideas in 2010 |
We all know we could do some amazing things with our marketing - if only we could spend all day, every day doing it! Updating the website, email marketing, prospecting, PR, attending trade shows, running seminars, networking and, new kid on the block, SOCIAL networking for business. Where will it all end!
Which is why you simply MUST have a plan. Otherwise you'll run round trying to be all things to all men, juggling marketing with running the business and servicing existing clients. There simply isn't enough time in the day. We've seen so much of this in 2009, particularly as the pressure has been on for most businesses to smarten up their marketing act.
On Track Marketing
That's why we have developed a really simple process called On-Track Markeing which will take all the stress and pressure away.

The benefits of social networking as part of an integrated marketing strategy |
| |
Social networking in business is becoming increasingly popular – the number of available seminars and discussions on this subject alone certainly testifies to that! But does it really stack up in practice or is it just an excuse for not doing any ‘real’ marketing?

Integration breathes life and energy into your marketing |
| |
Integrating your marketing is fundamental – not an optional extra. If your prospect reads one thing in the newspaper, finds an alternate message on your website and is taken on another tangent when you direct mail them, don’t be surprised if confusion abounds!
On the other hand, if all three elements support one another and reinforce the client's buying decision, you’ve suddenly breathed life and energy into your marketing with a simple case of one and one equalling three.

No premature presentations - are you making sales presentations too soon in the sales process? |
| |
Have you ever given a presentation the first time you met a prospect or were asked by them to come in and present?
If you did, you probably left the meeting with a 'think-it-over' such as, "We'll get back to you" and, because you were doing you were doing most of the talking, you falied to understand which problem they were trying to solve.
